What is StripCenters.com?

What about Tier III StripCenters?

Tier III centers are both awesome and numerous.  At issue is there are very few “national” buyers for these highly localized properties.  Most buyers are indeed local to the property, so for that reason, StripCenters.com does not track Tier III centers.  That said, give StripCenters.com some time…the site has some surprises coming.

Wait, StripCenters.com doesn’t have “every” stripcenter on the market.

That’s correct.  We classify every StripCenter into a three-tiered system whereby Tier I represents national, Class A strips.  Tier II represents larger mixed credit strips, with some national/regional and perhaps local.  Tier III is considered all local with Mom & Pop tenants.  StripCenters.com amalgamates only Tier I & Tier II centers.

The platform is still in BETA as StripCenters.com works to smooth out the platform, however StripCenters.com looks to be fully integrated as an all-encompassing platform in 2025.  So if you’re a broker, stay patient…StripCenters.com is getting the site ready for you.
